GCA Equity Partners, LLC Announces Third Quarter Results for its GCA California Real Estate Fund

  • 13.5% Annualized Net Return to Fund Investors for Q3, 2013
  • Sixth Consecutive Quarter of Double-Digit Performance
  • 13.3% Annualized Net Return Since Fund Inception

CAMPBELL, Calif. – November 4, 2013 GCA Equity Partners, LLC, today announced that its GCA California Real Estate Fund, LLC provided investors with a net annualized return of 13.5% for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013.   This quarter marks the sixth consecutive period of double-digit performance and has enabled the fund to continue to meet the managers’ goal of consistent 10% to 15% net annualized returns.  Since inception, the fund has delivered a 13.3% net annualized return.

The GCA California Real Estate Fund is an investment pool which specializes in providing financing for short-term real estate projects with high potential for appreciation through remodeling, new construction, or land development.  It features a unique debt/equity model whereby it makes secured loans which generate regular interest income and have a project profit sharing component.  Together the regular interest and profit sharing (known as “contingent interest”) enable the fund to target higher returns than conventional mortgage pools.
